At Copper and Cloth we want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason the item you chose doesn't suit you or doesn't fit you will have up to 14 days from the day you received it to return the item to receive a full refund in your original payment method. The Item must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no perfumes or deodorant markings and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If the item is returned between 14-30 days you can receive store credit for the items you are returning. Customer is also responsible for return shipping fees. All sale items, clearance items, flash sales, and pop up shop sales are final.
In order to return any item you must email us at Copperandclothshop@gmail.com to receive a return authorization first. All items sent to us without a return authorization will not be processed for a return.
If you need a different size in the same item you ordered please just email us and we will process as a return and resend the correct item. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Copper + Cloth is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit. Nor are we responsible for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery. You will need to contact your local post office or mail delivery service to track orders or to file a claim.
