Refund policy

At Copper and Cloth, we want you to love your purchase!

If for any reason your item isn't quite right, we offer easy exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery—but only if you've purchased our Redo free returns service at checkout. Redo allows you to return eligible items at no extra cost for store credit or exchange.

If Redo is not selected, you'll need to purchase your own return shipping label and send your return to:

Important Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in resalable condition—free from stains, perfumes, or deodorant marks.
  • Please include your full name and order number inside the package to ensure your return is processed correctly.
  • Returns received without this information may not be eligible for store credit/exchange or may be delayed.

Please Note:

  • As of May 16th, 2025 we no longer offer refunds to your original payment method, we only offer returns via exchange or store credit.

Final Sale Items:

All sale items, clearance items, flash sale purchases, pop-up shop items, and special holiday drops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
