Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Please note: We are closed on weekends and some holidays, which may affect processing time.


Shipping Time & Carriers

Once processed, your order will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight and destination.

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes due upon delivery.


Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more (before tax and after discounts).


Lost or Damaged Packages

Copper + Cloth is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If this occurs, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.
We are also not responsible for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery.


Exchanges & Store Credit Only

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at copperandclothshop@gmail.com.

We currently do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition. Please note: Sale, clearance, and some limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
